Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. Some health and personal care items are non-returnable items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our company is not liable for the cost of returning goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.
FREE promotional items are strictly non-exchangeable and non refundable.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing depends on your bank and usually takes 5-10 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

HOW TO RETURN UNSUITABLE/UNWANTED ITEM
To return your product, you should contact us at email@example.com or through our contact page. Our customer support will provide you with the return address.
Please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Post your item to a given address. We strongly recommend sending the products using a secured or tracking method and to retain your proof of postage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We pride ourselves in providing only the best service for our customers. Please send us pictures or video of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org to forward the information to Quality Control to help prevent such situation in the future.
We will arrange a reshipment of new item to you as soon as we receive a proof showing damaged product.
Most damages are caused by the delivery process but we always try our best to improve the packaging to ensure that your order will be delivered safely.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours will be subject to $15 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. The orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Packages that are shipped to a different or wrong address due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund of any kind. We may attempt to contact you if we believe that the address you provided may be incomplete or invalid, however it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address to avoid complications.
